Nagpur :- The Rotary Club of Nagpur Ishanya successfully hosted the 13th edition of its flagship event — the Ishanya Business Leadership Summit 2025, in association with City Premier College of Management, at the Persistent Auditorium, IT Park, Nagpur. The in-person session witnessed an overwhelming response with more than 350 Rotarians and students in attendance.
The summit featured three eminent keynote speakers — Anwar Daud (Zim Laboratories Ltd.), Venugopal Malu (Malu Electrodes Pvt. Ltd.), and Prashant Garg (Diffusion Engineers Ltd.) — who shared invaluable insights from their entrepreneurial journeys.
Anwar Daud emphasized that “compliance and governance, if professionally handled in an enterprise, pay rich dividends in the long run.”
Venugopal Malu urged young entrepreneurs to “start businesses early, make mistakes while learning, as mistakes at this stage are pardonable; the experience gained at an early age helps build resilience to face future business challenges.”
Meanwhile, Prashant Garg highlighted the importance of intergenerational communication and engaging effectively with employees, adding that “artificial intelligence can be a game-changer in understanding legalities, innovations, and gaining an edge in business.”
The session was seamlessly conducted by Master of Ceremony Rtn. Dhaval Shah and Rtn. Ann Tanuja Panpaliya. The panel discussion was moderated by Rtn. Saurabh Malpani, while introductions of the distinguished speakers were made by Devin Kothari, Anuja Agarwal, and Manisha Loya.
The organizing committee, led by Chairperson – Vocational Avenue Rtn. Naveen Sethia, credited the event’s success to the dedicated efforts of Rotarian team members Pramod Aacharya, Nitin Gandhi ,Manoj Soni, Subhash Lahoti, Siddharth Loya, Saurabh Goenka, Anuj Lahoti, Ankit Pasari, Rohit Maheshwari, Sandeep Agrawal Dr Prashant Rathi, Ajay Rathi,Vinod Singhi, R’ann Vandana Sethia, and Past President Rtn.Saurabh Sangani, with guidance from Advisor Rtn. Brij Sarda.
President Rtn. Dr. Manisha Rathi and Secretary Rtn. Vinamra Khemuka expressed pride in the event’s outcome, terming it “a landmark edition of the Business Leadership Summit series”.
