1. The National Academy of Defence Production (NADP) has reached a significant milestone by securing a 4 – star rating – अति उत्कृष्ट /Excellent in the National Standards for Civil Service Training Institutions (NSCSTI) accreditation. The rating follows a rigorous audit conducted on 26–27 November 2025 by expert assessors from the Capacity Building Commission (CBC).
2. This achievement marks a remarkable leap from NADP’s 2-star rating in 2023 and reflects the Academy’s focused journey of transformation in training quality, digital innovation, and governance. The audit team commended NADP for its structured training design, hybrid learning ecosystem, faculty development initiatives, and strong governance practices. Assessors noted that NADP’s progress is closely aligned with the vision of Mission Karmayogi, and praised its digital learning offerings and mentoring systems as exemplary models for other institutions.
3. With this accreditation, NADP joins the ranks of India’s leading civil service training institutions and strengthens its role as a strategic integrator for defence capacity building and executive education.
