Secretary to the Governor Dr. Prashant Narnaware read out the preamble of the Constitution of India along with the staff and officers of Raj Bhavan.
Officers and staff of Raj Bhavan and Police personnel posted in Raj Bhavan reiterated the resolve of the nation to constitute India into a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular and Democratic Republic on the occasion.
Deputy Secretary to the Governor S. Ramamoorthy, Comptroller of the Governor’s Households Dr. Nishikant Deshpande, ADC to the Governor Abhaysinha Deshmukh and staff and officers of Raj Bhavan were present.
