Nagpur 12: Jain Empowerment Organization (JEO) and Spartan IAS jointly organized a special competitive exam guidance program in Nagpur. In this program, Spartan IAS Director Mr. Inshu Kumar Asati addressed the students present. While giving detailed information about administrative services, he said that even a common student can reach top posts like IAS, IPS through hard work and preparation in the right direction. He inspired the youth through various examples.


JEO National President Shri Abhinandan Palsapure, citing the example of Nagpur District Magistrate Dr. Itankar, explained how much change an officer can bring in the society. Also, the way Dr Ravindra Kumar Singhal IPS, Commissioner of Police of Nagpur city, made the city drug-free by conducting ‘Operation Thunder’ is also an effective medium. He said that if If someone from the society becomes a chartered officer then it will be a matter of pride for both the society and the country.
Mr. Vivek Dhopade, Nagpur city working president of Jain Empowerment Organization pledged to organize such guidance programs every year. Mr. Ashish Mendhe, manager of Bhandara State Bank motivated the students. He said, “Devote only three years of your life with full hard work. Stay away from marriage or other joyous occasions and just study. Be ready to study for 15 to 18 hours, only then success is possible.” Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sontakke, retired from Defence Accounts Department, encouraged the youth to appear in various examinations to prepare for government services.
Finance expert Mr. Ramakant Singatkar emphasized on savings and financial planning along with job. Shri Chandrakant Vekhande, President of Shri Saitwal Jain Sangathan Mandal, wished all the students a bright future. Shri Rajkumar Shahakar said that there is no alternative to hard work.
The program was introduced by Mr. Pramod Bhagwatkar and the guests were introduced. The program was effectively conducted by Prof. Prashant Pandavkar and the vote of thanks was given by Mr. Dilip Wakekar. In the program, State Bank Manager Mr. Ashish Mendhe, Chartered Accountant Miss Apoorva Masalkar and Mrs. Shilpa Neelam Belsare were specially welcomed.
