Dr. Pawan Sinha ‘Guruji’ started the ‘Dhara Seva-Shiv Seva’ campaign in 2019.
Nagpur 26 : Yuva Abhyudaya Mission, a youth project of Pawan Chintan Dhara Ashram, under the national level “Dhara Seva – Shiv Seva 2025” campaign and in collaboration with Raisoni Foundation, a tree plantation was done on 4.5 acres of land at GH Raisoni Saikheda. The program was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Dr. Meena Rajesh and National Coordinator of Yuva Abhyudaya Mission Rohit Arora. In this backdrop, Suhani Pratap Singh and Paridhi Parashar, core committee members of Yuva Abhyudaya Mission at Pawan Chintan Dhara, Ghaziabad, came to participate in the campaign. Dr. Sanjay Andurkar, Rupali Kamble, Sonal Kayalkar, Shreyas Andurkar, Pankaj Hazaria, Aarti Hazaria and Anshit Kayalkar were present on the occasion. The members of the ashram and the youth of the mission along with the teachers and students of various colleges of Raisoni Group planted saplings in the campus, in which 2800 shade trees of teak and bamboo were planted. After the tree plantation, certificates were distributed to all the students by the Yuva Abhyudaya Mission and they were entrusted with the responsibility of taking care of the saplings they had planted to instill a sense of love and compassion for nature among the youth. It should be noted that today our country India needs about 500 crore trees for the conservation of nature, for which the society along with the government and administration should also come forward and fulfill its responsibility. Putting this idea into practice, the founder of the ashram and Prof. Dr. Pawan Sinha ‘Guruji’ of Delhi University started the ‘Dhara Seva-Shiv Seva’ campaign in 2019. Under this campaign, every year in the month of Saw Shravan, under the inspiration of Prof. Pawan Sinha ‘Guruji’, tree plantation work is continuously done in various cities and rural areas across the country, including schools and colleges, and people are made aware of the protection and conservation of the environment. In the last 6 years, under this campaign, about 3.0 lakh saplings have been planted in more than 60 cities of the country, in places where they can be taken care of. In which more than 6000 sevadars have contributed. This year also, this work is going on continuously in Sawan and so far about 5000 saplings have been planted at various places. Today, along with the members of the ashram, the teachers and students of Raisoni Group participated enthusiastically in this holy work. On this occasion, the members of Yuva Abhyudaya Mission honored G H Raisoni Saikheda, Dr. Meena Rajesh, Dr. Mrinalini Naik, Aditya Bhandari. Interaction between the students and YAM,Pawan Chintan Dhara Ashram on nationalism, Dharna,and spirituality was really appreciated
