Nagpur :- In a remarkable act of humanity and quick response, an Aapli Bus operating on Route No. 54 (Bhramani Fata to Aapli Bus Terminal) came to the aid of a severely injured family near Katol Naka on Wednesday.
According to sources, a husband, wife, and their daughter were lying seriously injured on the roadside following an accident under extreme heat conditions. Despite their cries for help, no passersby stopped to assist them.
The Aapli Bus passing through the area noticed the unusual situation and immediately halted. Driver Shubham Sarve and Conductor Yogesh Bankar quickly assessed the condition of the injured family and informed the Aapli Bus control team. With the support and cooperation of passengers onboard, the injured family was carefully shifted into the bus and transported to the Max hospital, Mankapur for urgent medical treatment.
The timely action and humanitarian gesture displayed by the Aapli Bus staff and passengers received appreciation from the Honourable Chairman of the Transport Committee, Mangala Khekare, along with officials from NMC Aapli Bus and the Chalo Mobility Pvt. Ltd. team.
The incident highlights the spirit of public service and social responsibility demonstrated by the Aapli Bus team in a critical situation.
