On 30.04.2026 at 3:00 PM, a review meeting of headmasters of Nagpur Municipal Corporation schools was held at Atal Bihari Vajpayee E-Library under the chairmanship of Education Chairperson Santosh Laddha.
The meeting emphasized improving academic quality and strengthening the teaching-learning process. Special instructions were given to all teachers to make serious efforts to increase enrolment in their respective schools and to work consistently towards this goal.
Education Chairperson Santosh Laddha informed that 21 schools of Nagpur Municipal Corporation have been converted into English medium, and instructions were given to install large and attractive signboards in all these schools to clearly reflect their identity and quality.
All headmasters were directed to immediately submit the requirement for uniforms. Those who have not yet submitted were strictly instructed to submit their proposals within the stipulated time limit.
It was also informed that the book order has been prepared on the Samagra portal, and as soon as the budget is received, the demand will be placed and the supply process will begin.
All schools were encouraged to focus on craft work and school decoration to make them more attractive and inspiring. Teachers who are not showing expected progress were counselled and guided to overcome all difficulties and work efficiently.
Education Officer Madhuri Katkar, Deputy Education Officer Seema Khobragade, along with concerned officials and school inspectors were present in the meeting.
Education Chairperson Santosh Laddha appealed to all to work with dedication to improve the quality of Nagpur Municipal Corporation schools and take education standards to new heights.
