Nagpur :- An interactive session with the students of Priyadarshini College of Engineering Nagpur was delivered by Abhijeet Mahankal, Chief technology Architect, BFSI , Europe,TCS, where he explored the intersection of AI, technology, careers, and real-life growth journeys.The session was focused on helping students understand how the industry is evolving rapidly and how they can prepare themselves to become future- ready professionals in the era of AI and digital transformation. Along with sharing his personal career journey and struggles, he discussed multiple industry-oriented topics including TCS initiatives like NQT and CodeVita, Importance of participating in hackathons, especially Smart India Hackathon (SIH), General industry roles, responsibilities, and career paths etc.The interaction, curiosity, and energy from the students made the entire session inspiring to see so many young minds eager to learn, adapt, and grow in the AI era.
