<p><strong>Nagpur :-</strong> In a significant step towards globalizing defence education and enhancing career readiness, National Academy of Defence Production (NADP), a unit of Munitions India Limited under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Taksheela Institute of Education, a premier academic platform known for its international immersion programs and technology-enabled learning. The MoU was formally signed at NADP, Ambajhari, Nagpur, by Dr. Jyoti Prakash Dash, Principal Director of NADP, and Sumit Jalan, Director of Taksheela Institute of Education. This partnership marks a new chapter in NADP’s commitment to nurturing globally competent professionals in the defence sector.</p>
<p>Through this collaboration, NADP students and faculty will gain access to a wide array of international academic opportunities, including global immersion programs in countries such as Germany, France, Dubai, and Malaysia, semester exchange and study abroad pathways, virtual internships, and AI-driven career mentorship. These initiatives are designed to provide exposure to global pedagogies, cross-cultural learning environments, and strategic academic development. The partnership is aligned with national and international academic quality frameworks such as the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), and the Times Higher Education (THE) global rankings. By fostering internationalization and student engagement, the MoU is expected to enhance NADP’s academic standing and contribute to the strategic goals of Munitions India Limited.</p>
<p>Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Dash stated that the collaboration with Taksheela reflects NADP’s vision for Atma Nirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat by 2047, emphasizing the importance of global exposure in shaping future defence leaders. Jalan expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting Taksheela’s commitment to bringing world-class academic and career opportunities to Indian students. The MoU will remain in effect for a period of three years and will be implemented through joint planning, program delivery, and continuous feedback mechanisms to ensure quality and relevance.</p>
